About me
I have been TV editing since 2001 for many different TV projects, over 100 at last count. I edit mostly factual programming. No matter what the format, I enjoy the challenge of making the very best show possible. This means putting the director's work centre stage and letting it shine. It means embellishing the pictures with amazing sound and tracking down the best music. It means having a sensitive ear for dialogue and understanding people.
I use the software programmes AVID and Premier Pro, owning both at home, or on site. I can travel to you subject to distance.
My clients range from top broadcasters to small scale businesses.

AVID
Utilise an AVID editor with over 20 years experience! My last AVID gig was series 7 of Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly for C5, in March 2025. In the past few years I’ve lent my editorial skills to US, Netflix and UK tv shows. CV downloadable below.
Since acquiring Premiere Pro in 2018 I haven’t looked back. I cut with it on Secret Lives of Five Year Olds - Saving Energy social media campaign for EOn in 2024. It’s versatile and has great compatibility with other creative tools from Adobe.
I don’t just limit myself to TV editing. Recently I have met clients who make podcasts, host websites, and use social media. Join them! The future is smaller, faster and has more digital integration.

RECENT WORK
September 2025 At Minnow Films in Old St, London, to join a highly accomplished reality team constructing outstanding TV show Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test for Fox Entertainment in US. Worked across many eps on AVID, as a “floater”, before settling on Ep 7(Composure) with colleague Katie Boyd.
November 2025 Back in Old St to join Dorothy St Pictures, making an incredible reality show Raising Chelsea - featuring Jamie Laing and Sophie Haboo. Those 2 are literally the best - funny, honest and articulate. Thanks Dorothy St for letting me contribute to the party!
January 2026 If you know my CV you’ll know that the one show I keep returning to is Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly, so it came as no surprise to rejoin Avalon and presenter Graeme Hall on his mission to stop Britain’s dogs from being so naughty. This season celebrates Graeme’s 100th episode of TV for Channel 5, a monumental achievement in anyone’s book!
April - May 2026 At IMG for their EuroLeague Basketball, editing on Prem Pro on site to cut features, final grade and final mix, to a tight timetable.
May 2026 In preparation for a future edit, have got my own AVID at home now, very exciting!
