I’m an editor with loads of experience. I have been lucky enough to help produce some amazing TV content. I find the job rewarding and most of all great fun. How often do you get to make a film about the Tour de France, or a magic trick that makes Joey Essex believe in time travel?

As the editor it’s my call what shots, bits of sound, visual effects and music go into the show. The process then begins with everyone helping develop the cut, until it’s ready to go, with me once again checking all the shots, sound, voice over, gfx and music. At any point I am likely to call upon specialist GFX or music composers to help out.

The industry is changing rapidly as technology evolves: the need to present content in the best light possible remains.
